RPS Steel
Single flange pressed steel reel manufactured with dimensions as per customer requirements. Manufactured from high quality materials, this reel is used on its vertical axis and is provided with supporting tubular profiles on one flange that facilitate the handling of the reel during the loading / unloading from the coiling machines. The tubular profiles also make the eventual superposition of the reels on many levels easier.
This type of reel is suitable for the winding and shipping of low-carbon ferrous wire . The reel is available with flange diam 600, 630, 760, 800 and 1000 mm and with different thicknesses of the sheet depending on the requested capacity.
The standard model is usually epoxy-painted on all surfaces, but other finishing treatments are available according to the customer requirements.
